Synopsis: Requires individuals registering title deeds to present ID. Additionally, fraudulent deeds registrations will result in the individual being charged for perjury.

This seems common sense to me. The owner of the deed should have some form of ID to prove they are, in fact, the owner and not an imposter.

This bill should mitigate fraudulent deed transfers, such as selling another person's house or car from underneath them.
