Synopsis: Bans Russian, North Korean, Chinese, and Iranian entities and parties from pruchasing, leasing, renting, etc, North Carolinian agricultural lands or lands in proximity to military installations.

This bill is especially important due to the fact that a good number of military bases nationwide have China-owned properties for neighbors. China is known for using this proximity to spy on military installations and movements.

This bill also saves our farmland for Americans' farm uses, so foreign nations aren't sitting on perfectly viable, healthy soil.
