The Wake County Republican Party held a 2026 Candidate meet-and-greet. I heard from several speakers on the upcoming elections, the results of the 2025 municipality races, and action points.

After the meeting, my family and I spoke at length with candidates and heard their backstories and their goals when they are elected to office. It was very informative. I also spoke with Wake GOP Chair and 1st Vice Chair Sandy Joiner and Donna Simon on volunteering, and I and my family were invited to the Wake Forest GOP's Christmas Party.
